Here Come The Boomers

The influx of Boomers into the Florida market is once aging thriving. In the last 12 months, Florida experienced a 4.5% increase of folks 65+ Sarasota where I hang my real estate license grew 3.9%. New home building has taken off. Confidence at least for this demographic is rising. Let us hope it keeps up.
